The filling with four heads weigher machine, have four fast feeder to have high speed, and four smaller vibration feeder, to control the filling accuracy. Our machine can do the best at 0.1% to 0.2% high acuuracy. The vertical packaging machine is made of full stainless steel 304, adopt the servo control horizontal sealing, vacuum film pulling, siemens PLC, and have have the dust proetcting cover,to protect the roll film pulling, make sure the mateiral is clean without powder to afect the heat sealing. For the capacity we can do for single layer PE film at speed 50-60 bags per minute for 200g detergent powder, and for laminated film can also so at that high speed way. After first front small bag packing, can pack into big plastic bag, our automatic baler packing machine or our secondary packaging machine.
